Alter Ego Media has announced its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Newsit Ltd and Tlife SA.
With the addition of the newsit.gt, Tlife.gr, zappit.gr, iatropedia.gr, onalert.gr and perpetual.gr websites created by Nikos Evangelatos and Tatiana Stefanidou, Alter Ego Media has significantly strengthened its digital media portfolio and secured a dominant position among dynamic (female, youth) and niche audiences.
The integration of new media is part of Alter Ego Media’s broader strategy to make inroads into new forms of digital content and innovative services. These acquisitions are expected to achieve significant synergies in terms of investments in new technologies and to increase the ALTER EGO MEDIA group’s share of the markets in which it operates.
The agreement creates a new landscape in Greek media, paving the way for investment in cutting-edge technologies and upgraded content services.
