Alter Ego Media announces that Rosie Allimonos has joined the Group as its Media Technology Advisor.
Rosie Allimonos has more than 20 years’ international experience in leadership positions in media, technology and innovation companies. Among other things, she has served as a senior executive at leading global organizations including Google, the BBC and META, playing a key role in the development and launch of innovative products and services such as YouTube Originals, Instagram Reels, Facebook Watch and the BBC iPlayer.
She is also a co-founder of HERA MEDIA, a vidcast production company that leverages artificial intelligence, and has also been active in the field of venture capital as Advisor to the CEO of Anthemis, an investment organization that plays a leading role in the fintech sector.
Through her new role at Alter Ego Media, Rosie Allimonos will strategically contribute to the Group’s transition to an AI-enabled media tech group, leveraging her expertise in digital transformation, innovation and international partnerships. In addition, she will contribute to the implementation of the Group’s investment plan, supporting investments in technology companies and strengthening the international presence of Alter Ego Media.
The Management of Alter Ego Media welcomes Rosie Allimonos to the Group and is confident that her experience, knowledge and vision will contribute decisively to shaping the Group’s next day in Greece and abroad.
